What is a role evaluation?
VitAI compares your skills and experience with the job requirements to help you understand whether the role is a fit. When something appears missing, it asks specific questions to uncover relevant experience or transferable skills your profile may not yet capture. Think of it as a concierge helping you identify what needs fine-tuning so you can present your experience more clearly.
Do I need to enter every job’s details manually?
Paste a job link and VitAI detects supported ATS platforms, including Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, and Workday. It automatically imports the title, company, location, description, and available dates and contact details, reducing manual entry.
How does VitAI prepare my tailored application?
For applications with a job description, VitAI prepares your tailored resume, cover letter, and ATS fit score in the background before you open the editor. It also identifies areas of your profile that need more detail and asks specific questions about your experience, helping you refine your profile as you use it. Review, adjust, and export when you are ready. Role-specific tailoring is included in Pro.
