Editorial standards
How we publish Advice, support factual claims, and keep our guidance accountable.
Publishing responsibility
VitAI publishes Advice to help you prepare applications and manage the human side of searching. AI tools helped research and draft this collection. VitAI is responsible for publication and corrections; the articles do not claim independent clinical or expert review.
Sources and limits
We link factual claims to sources and identify their limits. Vendor documentation describes a vendor’s own software; broader screening claims also use research outside ATS vendors. Historical surveys are dated and do not establish how every employer screens applications today.
Examples and claims
Examples are illustrative, not customer results. We do not invent qualifications, testimonials, measured time savings or interview guarantees. VitAI’s role feedback is preparation guidance, not an employer’s assessment.
Statistics and dates
Statistics are dated snapshots with geography and measurement periods. Updates require source checks and editorial approval. Publication dates stay fixed; update dates reflect substantive changes. These pages are not live data.
Wellbeing guidance
Wellbeing articles provide general support, not diagnosis or treatment. Regional health-service links are labelled so you can choose help appropriate to your location.
Corrections
Corrections require checking the affected claim against its sources and publishing a substantive update. A source check alone does not refresh an article’s update date.
